At American Express, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
